I was convinced the issue with the internet would be at the cabinet or in the optical cable coming into the house, however my ISP has been able to complete some tests and have concluded that it is the router. They have tried replacing my AIO Router (which is in bridge mode and just acting as a MODEM for my ASUS Router) but this did not work. I've been having an issue for around 6 months where my router loses internet for 30-60 seconds around 5-10 times a day.Īfter much frustration and annoyance, I have contacted my ISP to get the issue sorted. RT-AC86U router, which is supposed to be an excellent router for our home!
